We want you to be happy with your order. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.
1. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.
2. Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
However, due to the nature of alcohol products:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods
Important:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns for:

Opened or partially consumed alcohol

Items not in a condition suitable for resale

Products returned without prior notice

Perishable or limited-edition products where resale is not possible
4. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photographic evidence

Do not dispose of the product until instructed

A replacement, or

A full or partial refund
5. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item:

6. Failed Delivery & Refused Orders
If delivery cannot be completed due to:

No one available to receive the order
