Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day. 

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive tracking number directly from the courier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.

Fulfilment & Carriers

We partner with a third-party logistics provider to handle warehousing and fulfilment. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as DHL.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the UK only. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us.

Visible damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Lost deliveries or delivery issues must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please contact us at poppy@boppinbeer.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We currently do not ship to the Republic of Ireland or internationally.

Alcohol Shipping Policy

Due to legal and carrier restrictions, the shipment of alcoholic products is subject to specific conditions.

  • Age Requirement: By placing an order containing alcohol, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. Age verification may be required at checkout and/or upon delivery.

  • Delivery Requirements: Alcohol deliveries may require a signature from an adult (18+). Couriers may request valid photo ID upon delivery.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If no eligible recipient is available to accept the delivery, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the order to the warehouse. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship alcohol only to permitted regions in accordance with local laws. 

  • Carrier Limitations: Alcohol orders may be shipped using specific approved carriers and services only, which may affect delivery times.

  • Delays & Compliance: Orders containing alcohol may be subject to additional checks or delays due to regulatory requirements.

  • Liability: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that does not comply with applicable alcohol shipping laws or age verification requirements.

By placing an order for alcohol, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding its purchase and delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
